It's a shame the state this country is in. Personal agendas and interests are going to be our ruin.

I am not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to economics or politics, but I do know that what we have is not working or hasn't been for some time now. Everyone of them has something they want paid for most of which is not beneficial to this country as a whole. I am a firm believer in the Declaration of Independence and believe in its importance for what the people of this nation were dealing with some 250 years ago. Now we are faced with a tyranny again, not an oppression of the people in a physical state, but a tyranny that is beginning to ruin our country economically, fiscally, and could possibly cause a major separation between the people in this nation. It could force major dependence on foreign moneys among other things. So this small piece of history that follows, to me, symbolizes exactly what we need to do. Like I said, we aren't under the rule of a tyrant, but apparently we are under the rule of many tyrants. Please read and try to really understand what our forefathers were saying. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of ABUSES and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

Get High School Skinny!

Hmm...Really?!?! I'm supposed to take 1-2 capsules first thing in the morning with a full glass of water, wait a couple of hours before eating breakfast, drink an additional 64 ounces of water during the day, have no caffeine, decaf or artificial sweeteners, and a proper diet and exercise routine.

Healthy Trim Day 1:

I have only been drinking water today. Which means no Dr. Peppers for me. :(

For Breakfast I ate Cheerios with skim milk and a banana.
For Lunch I ate the Berry Almond Salad from Wendy's
For Dinner I ate a Lean Cuisine Dinner
